The Pan-European Institute follows the economic development of the Baltic States, Poland, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region and Kaliningrad region. The results are published in our bimonthly review. In addition to economic analyses, the review includes several high-level expert articles. In BRE 1/2008 there are expert articles by Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, European Commissioner Joe Borg and former Prime Minister of Russia Yegor Gaidar.
