The Pan-European Institute follows the economic development of the Baltic States, Poland, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region and Kaliningrad region. The results are published in our bimonthly review Baltic Rim Economies (BRE). In addition to economic analyses, the review includes several high-level expert articles.
In this issue of BRE there is an expert article concerning the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region written by the President of the European Commission José Manuel Durão Barroso.
