Doctoral students in international business meet in Turku 

National tutorial of International business doctoral students (The Finnish Graduate School of International Business, FIGSIB) is organized at Turku School of Economics on October 20-21. Around fifty people are expected to attend the tutorial.

The key note speaker in the tutorial is Professor Jan-Erik Vahlne from the University of Gothenburg. Professor Vahlne is one of the most well-known researchers of the process of internationalization. He will give his presentation on Monday October 20th at 12 (Turku School of Economics, lecture room 07). Everyone is welcome to listen to professor Vahlne’s and others’ presentations in the tutorial.

The annual FIGSIB tutorial is a discussion and networking forum for international business doctoral students, researchers and supervisors. In the tutorial doctoral students have an opportunity to get feedback and comments on their research papers from the leading researchers in the field. In the tutorial sessions doctoral students present their research proposals, working papers and research results. After the presentations the audience can join the commentators for discussing the presentation.
