Advisory Board of Pan-European Institute 

Pan-European Institute has created an advisory board to strengthen the research and education related to Russia and Baltic Sea region at the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku. The Advisory Board had its first meeting on the 18th of May 2011. The board comprises the following 12 members:

Mikko Ketonen, CEO of TS-Yhtymä Oy
Urpo Kivikari, Professor Emeritus, Turku School of Economics, University of Turku
Taneli Lahti, Member of the Cabinet of Commissioner Olli Rehn (Brussels)
Henrik Lax, Chairman of the Institute for Russia and Eastern Europe
Timo Lehtinen, Director of Finance of YIT Oyj
Paula Lehtomäki, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Maarit Lindström, Chief Economist of the Finland Chamber of Commerce
Jari Lähteenmäki, Managing Director of Turku Chamber of Commerce
Aleksi Randell, Mayor of the City of Turku
Seppo Remes, Chairman of the Board of EOS (Moscow)
Topi Saarenhovi, President and CEO of John Nurminen Logistics Oyj

 The reporting member of the Advisory Board is Professor Kari Liuhto and the secretary is University Teacher Eini Laaksonen.
