The sealing of contacts between Turku School of Economics and business life serves not only the university but the corporate sector as well. TSE wishes to function as a link between business experts looking for development – as a point in which new contacts are established and found, and new futures are surveyed.

Thematic seminars

In addition to alumni functions and the Turku School of Economics Association, TSE gathers corporate management and specialists together in thematic seminars. Thematic seminars are meeting forums built round contemporary themes. One of the best known is the Top Management Forum, which brings a wide group of influential persons from the worlds of science and business together on a yearly basis.

Guest lectures

Guest lectures at Turku School of Economics are also open to the representatives of companies. The representatives of companies are also welcomed to give guest lectures. An inspiring guest lecture is a good way to make one’s company well-known and establish a positive employer image amongst the students.

Sponsor entrepreneurship

Closer collaboration is called ‘sponsor entrepreneurship’. Sponsor companies can have, for example, case studies performed at the university and, via the same, obtain not only research data but contacts with students as well.
