The Pan-European Institute publishes a quarterly discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which focuses on the development of the Baltic Sea Region. In BRE, high-level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia and several other experts contribute to the discussion.
In this issue of BRE there are expert articles by, among others, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle, Spokesman for the Polish Presidency of the EU Council Konrad Niklewicz, and Ambassador of the Embassy of Ukraine to Finland Andrii Deshchytsia.
