The Pan-European Institute publishes a quarterly discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which focuses on the development of the Baltic Sea Region. In BRE, high-level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia and several other experts contribute to the discussion.
In this issue of BRE there are expert articles by, among others, Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Eero Heinäluoma, Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Guido Westerwelle, and Member of the German Bundestag and Spokeswoman on energy industries of the Green Parliamentary Group Ingrid Nestle.
