Transfer of Innovation funding has been granted to Passport to Trade 2.0 project by the Lifelong Learning program of the EC. Passport to Trade 2.0 continues the work of Passport to Trade project.
Original Passport to Trade project was carried out during 2005–2007. Passport to Trade project created a web site introducing business culture and etiquette in 25 European countries. Now this new project will expand the scope of the website to 31 countries. In addition, the aim is to study the latest mobility needs of SMEs and placement students and develop multimedia on-line training material that helps in increasing European SME mobility as well as student mobility for work and study placements.
The project is coordinated by the University of Salford (UK). The project has partners also from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania, Germany and Czech Republic. The length of the project is two years, and it will end by the end of 2013.
