Kari Liuhto nominated as member of the Executive Board of the Aleksanteri Institute 

Professor, Director of the Pan-European Institute Kari Liuhto has been nominated as member of the Executive Board of the Aleksanteri Institute.

The Aleksanteri Institute is affiliated with the University of Helsinki and operates as a national centre of research, study and expertise pertaining to Russia and Eastern Europe, particularly in the social sciences and humanities.

The ten-member Executive Board has a mandate for four years.
