The Emerald Outstanding Paper Award again to Turku School of Economics 

The publishing house Emerald chooses annually the best articles published in its scientific journals. Mélanie Raukko’s (Dr. Sc.) article “Organizational commitment during organizational changes: A longitudinal case study on acquired key employees” was awarded as the best article in the Baltic Journal of Management in 2009.

The award-winning article, which is based on Mélanie Raukko’s dissertation, deals with key persons’ organizational commitment to the acquiring organization during post-acquisition integration.

Mélanie Raukko acts as project coordinator in ManMAP, a Tekes funded project in the subject of international business at Turku School of Economics.
