The Pan-European Institute publishes a bimonthly discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which focuses on the development of the Baltic Sea Region. In BRE, high-level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia and several other experts contribute to the discussion.
In this issue of BRE there are expert articles by, among others, the President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek, Prime Minister of Latvia Valdis Dombrovskis, the Finnish Minister of Public Administration and Local Government Mari Kiviniemi, the Danish Minister of Defence Søren Gade and the Swedish Minister for Defence Sten Tolgfors.
