The Conference will be organized in the four streams Creativity, Innovation Management, Foresight and Entrepreneurship and will include interactive panel discussions and workshops.
Persons who are interested in presenting papers at the Conference are invited to submit an abstract (ca. 500 words) and a brief c.v. (ca. 500 words) by not later than 31 January 2009 to einnform@um.edu.mt.

The four conference topics are key areas in a new International Joint Masters Program which will be offered by the University of Malta, Malta, the University of Potsdam, Germany, the University of Teesside, England and the Turku School of Economics, Finland, commencing at the
University of Malta in October 2009.
This new Masters Program will emphasize the transfer of skills and knowledge, the ability to adapt to new situations and the importance of creativity, innovation, foresight and entrepreneurship to increase economic and competitive advantage at an organizational level.
