The eligibility criteria for postgraduate studies are follows:

Master of Science degree completed in one of
the majors of TSE

60 ECTS cr. in the postgraduate major subject, from which at least 18 ECTS cr. in advanced studies

a minimum grade of cum laude approbatur in the Master’s thesis

a mark of “good” in the major subject

applicants with a foreign degree are required to have equivalent grades in their major subject studies and in the Master's thesis, i.e. performance that is above the average

An applicant with a degree in a field other than business science must, before he/she can be accepted for a postgraduate degree (Licetiate or Doctor of Science in Economics and Business Administration), complete the introductory studies in all business subjects and basic studies in one business subject.
An Applicant who wants to change his/her major subject in the postgraduate degree must, before admission for the postgraduate degree, complete at least 60 ECTS crs, of which 18 ECTS crs represent advanced studies in the new major subject.
Admission to pursue postgraduate Ph.D. studies can be granted to an applicant with a degree in a field other than business science in the event that she/he has completed the degree in a closely related field.
Applying 
A selection is carried out twice a year by the Rector. TSE accepts a total of 25 new postgraduate students each year.

- To verify their knowledge of English applicants must have one of following certificates:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with an overall band score of 6.5 and no individual score below 5.5
- TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) with minimum score of 575 (paper-based test) or 232 (computer-based test) or 90 (internet-based test)
- CPE (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English): Level C
- GMAT (Graduate Management Admission) Test with the minimum score of 520 points
- Other applicants who have received their secondary or university education in English can prove their knowledge of English by submitting an officially certified copy of a secondary school leaving certificate or university degree certificate.
*The following should be clear from the research plan:
- research topic
- grounds for topic selection
- theoretical foundation for research
- methods
- social and scientific significance
- the research plan must be discussed with the professor of the major subject of the postgraduate degree at TSE before submitting the application.

The application should be submitted by registered post of the Office of the University Registrar.
