Flexible Study Right (JOO) 

On the basis of the Flexible Right to Study agreement, a student who has the right to study for a degree at a Finnish university can be accepted at Turku School of Economics to complete minor studies or individual study modules. Flexible Right to Study can be applied for at a Finnish university by students completing a basic or post-graduate degree, exchange students at the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University, and degree and exchange students at Turku University of Applied Sciences.

Information about the Flexible Right to Study programmes, related application instructions and national application form can be found from the JOOPAS network service. Forms are available from your home university in Finland. The application date for studies beginning during Autumn term is 30th April and for studies beginning during Spring term is 31st October.

University of Turku students of other faculties than Turku School of Economics who wish to apply for the study right to a minor subject, individual study modules or separate courses must fill out the application "Enroll to Network courses" in the JOOPAS application system. The application dates for University of Turku students are:

  • 15th August for studies in the 1st period (Autumn term)
  • 30th September for studies in the 2nd period (Autumn term)
  • 30th November for studies in the 3rd period (Spring term)
  • 31st January for studies in the 4th period (Spring term)
