Studies 

The two-year Master’s Degree Programme in Futures Studies is composed of 120 credits (ECTS). The final degree conferred is Master of Arts.

Students should note that this is a full-time programme and physical attendance will be required by most courses.

The structure of the studies of the Master’s Degree Programme in Futures Studies:

Master’s Degree Programme: Futures Studies (FUTU) 120 cR 

Futures Studies (including 69 cr of advanced Futures Studies and 9cr of mandatory, introductory Futures Studies courses)

78 cr

Minor: Economic Sociology, Entrepreneurship, Management and Organisation, or Sustainable Development

25 cr

Language and Communication Studies

10 cr

Methodological Studies

 7 cr


Those students whose previous (Bachelor's) studies do not include all the content demands needed that meet the general requirements of the Turku School of Economics will be required to take supplementary courses.
