Strenghtening the strategic competence is the red thread of the eMBA Turku's second module GET. The other theme that passes throughout the programme is understanding global business.
In the programme there are pre and after assignments related to practical situations in participant's own company. During the winter also peer mentoring is performed in pairs. The goal is to strenghten participants' self-leadership skills. In addition, the programme includes a strategy assignment in which current strategy practices are developed.
