The executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) programme at Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku is a part-time study programme intended for persons with several years of experience in management or expert positions.
The eMBA Turku -programme consists of the following modules and elements:

- Managing Future Challenges
- Communication and Interaction skills
Global Executive Training Programme (GET)
- Strategic International Human Resource Management
- Business Process Management
- Business Ethics and Corporate Values
Future Executive leadership Programme (FUEL)
- Visionary Leadership
- Leadership Across Cultures
- Developing Communication Strategies
All three modules can be completed as independent programmes. The whole eMBA (100 points/67 credits) can be completed in about three years as a part-time study programme alongside work.
eMBA Turku has awarded EPAS accreditation
eMBA Turku programme has gained the EPAS quality label. EPAS is EFMD’s (European Foundation for Management Development) accreditation for international degree programmes in business and management.
According to EPAS Peer Review Report the specific strengths of eMBA Turku are among others strong corporate links, well-qualified and highly committed programme management team, well-balanced programme structure, extensive study-abroad features and excellent library and IT infrastructure.
